Tiarna – New Australian Warrior

TiarnaEllen

Hello everyone,
My name is Tiarna, I’m sixteen years old and I live in a small town (of which I will not name) in South Australia.
My journey as a Michael Jackson fan, or as a “Jackson family” fan in general, began, unfortunately, just when he passed away in 2009. I had always known of Michael Jackson, well duh, who DOESN’T know of him, and I enjoyed his music although I only knew the big hits such as “Thriller”, “Billie Jean”, “Beat It”, “Bad”, “Black Or White”, etc. Actually one of the first videos with Michael that I remember seeing was “We Are The World”.

I was sick home from school on the morning of the 26th of June 2009 (Australia is obviously in front of the USA, time zone wise) when my mother was watching one of those morning shows where they broke the news that Michael had suffered a cardiac arrest and had been sent to hospital. My mother woke me up, even though I was unwell, and said “You might want to check this out.” I was just sitting there like “Oh, crap”. You know it’s kind of strange. Two weeks earlier, I had heard a news report that Michael was seen looking very frail. Now, I’m not psychic or anything, but I knew something may have been up. By the way, It was about 11am when I learned that Michael had passed away.

I was eleven years old at the time that the child-molestation case was going on, but only nine when it was said that it all happened (well, for the second time… the first one happened the year before I was born, and at that age, you don’t really know to think for yourself when you read all this tabloid garbage. Now that I see it more, I just realise that all of those people who accused him where all a bunch (a rude word that I will not mention. Use your imagination to fill in the blanks )

After I had learned of Michael’s death, I had become so fastinated, that my dad and I decided to watch the memorial service live on TV, whicn ran from 3am until 5am. Let me tell you, I honestly wish I had gotten some sleep before then ! It was really hard to stay awake towards the end, and not even that, I cried. Like, a lot. My dad thought me crying there was quite entertaining. The part I cried the most was during Paris’s speach. Now, all of us have to agree that that was an extremely touching speech. Was just because it was the first time the world had seen this child’s face, let alone her voice? No, it was because this was a child, genuinely missing her recently-desceased father. I had myself watch the memorial again later, as I had taped it (no, we’re not all that high up on technology.) But this time, It wasn’t Paris’s speech that made me emotional, it was Marlon’s speech, especially when he said “Give my twin brother, Brandon, a hug while you’re there, for me.” That part really got me for some reason. This family really didn’t need another death in their lives after an infant had passed.

I truly believe Michael was not only unbeliveably talented, but he also served a purpose to help others in need. Seriously, you try keeping with the finances to support 39 charities! My favourite songs by Michael are “Man In The Mirror”, not only because it’s a beautiful song in general, but it talks about something important – Making a change. And the video montage that goes with it is just as brilliant. It’s almost heart-breaking. All the wars, violence and hatred that went on, and still goes on today, is mind-boggling. I also love Earth Song, and again, it’s video, or short-filmed, as Michael would have liked it to be called, is just as sad. The part that gets me is when the father see’s his young daughter’s bicycle all destroyed and then he imagines her being a beautiful child, but then she disappears.

I not only love Michael, I also love the rest of the family, especially Taj, Taryll and TJ, better known as 3T. Who doesn’t love a good-looking, talented set of brothers? Not only that, but the way they speak of Michael with pure, genuine love is unbelievable. Let’s go to their Twitter pages to see what they have said about their loving uncle.

Taj’s Twitter:

Let’s not forget the many fans that wrote messages and emails of support for Uncovering Michael Jackson’s name. MJ fans are the best.

Taryll’s Twitter:

I will always love, protect and stand by my Uncle. I will forever be loyal to him and NOTHING can change that.

“Much Too Soon” – At a very early age my Uncle taught me to appreciate and study all types of music. I remember going to the music stores with him and he would pull cd’s for me “Do you know this? (Carole King… Tapestry) have you heard of them? (Bread) oh I love this…(Jim Croce’s.. I have to say I love you in a song)” we would walk down the aisles of every section… it was like homework for me. He gave me a little at a time and when I was ready for more he would give me a whole new list. “There’s so many styles… study it all, don’t limit yourself.” – I would leave the store with a wide variety with anything from Tchikovsky’s Nutcracker to Queen. When we got home or in the car we would listen to it. Some songs would weaken him and touch his heart while others would make him sing and dance!! He was always teaching me and I am so thankful for all of his lessons in both music and life. – this is what came to my mind when I first heard “Much Too Soon.” I love this style of music and I can appreciate it because of you. I love you MJ

There are many MJ vocal impersonators. Some better than others. But there is only ONE Michael Jackson

They said this is 100% my Uncle. Not 70, 80 or 90 but a 100%. Every line, every word. My Uncle’s legacy didn’t deserve this!

If you heard the acapella you would be even more disgusted. Sampled breaths after sampled breaths mixed in with fake vocals to try to fool u

So, here are some tweets from each of the members of 3T, just to prove how supportive they are. I only just discovered 3T in August or September 2010, but I really wish I had earlier… I know TJ and Taryll are busy with their families right now and Taj is busy making “Code Z: The Zombie Series” with Thaina, Thayana and Thaisa Sco, better known as T-Rio, but it is well over time that they made a comeback to the music world although, the spoken voice in “Hollywood Tonight” from “Michael” is Taryll’s.

Thankyou very much for reading my blog post. I appreciate it greatly.
It’s all for love, L.O.V.E, Love.
Long live the king.

Tiarna,
xoxo
